Shipping Policy

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been packed and delivered to the shipping service, together with a tracking code to follow up on your package.

We use the UPS service for all orders. You will receive a tracking code by email to follow up on your package.

 

Important notes:

  • Please allow up to one or two weeks for order processing, in case the item is not fully re-stocked.
  • In case you need the item with some urgency, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
  • You may be required to pay additional fees upon receipt of your parcel. This will depend on the destination country and are not included on the shipping cost.
  • The shipping costs below do not include insurance against delays or loss during shipping, and we are not responsible for any delays or loss of your package due to the shipping provider service.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs on returns are not covered. Refunds happen upon receipt. All orders are quality checked, carefully packed and shipped. In the unfortunate event that orders are damaged in transit, please let us know and send us also photo documentation. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@juuxstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
