The Serralves Museum is the foremost museum for contemporary art in Portugal, uniquely sited in the grounds of the Serralves Estate, which also comprises a Park and a Villa. Being a native of Porto, the Serralves Museum has always been present in my life, since childhood, adolescence and adulthood, and has marked me deeply for several reasons.
